Each protein is represented using four lines:
Line 1: > UniProt ID
Line 2: UniProt sequence
Line 3: Amino acid sequence from PDB chains ("X" = amino acid that doesn't have structure information)
Line 4: Annotations of binding where "X" = amino acid that doesn't have structure information; "M" = multi-binding; "S" = single-binding; "." = non-binding
